The Work
A lot of the work I made while playing The Game, especially during the first six weeks, does not hold much potential right now. But the point of this project was never to assess the potential of ‘the work’. It was to better understand, for myself, why I make art in the first place, and why I make it the way I do. The point was to learn to recognize myself, as I am, in my work, as it is. I expected it would not be pretty.
